    3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Mexsabores ensures that all food products are delivered in good condition, meet quality standards, and are properly packaged. Given the perishable nature of many food items:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@mexsabores.com. Include your order details and photos of the product for assessment.

  • Non-Conformity: In the rare case of a non-conforming product (e.g., incorrect product delivered), we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

  • Exclusions: Claims related to taste preferences or improper storage after delivery are not covered.
